Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RHTools, including its website, analytics tools, token data, swap interface, advertising services and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using RHTools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

  • Paid advertising placements
  • Other tools and features introduced over time

RHTools may add, modify, suspend or remove features at any time.

RHTools is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc., unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. No Financial Advice

Information available through RHTools is provided for informational and technological purposes only.

Nothing on RHTools constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Trading advice
  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset
  • An offer or solicitation to purchase or sell a security or financial product

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any transaction, asset, project or strategy is appropriate for you.

Digital assets involve substantial risk and may lose some or all of their value.

3. Data Accuracy and Availability

RHTools aims to provide accurate, current and reliable blockchain and market information.

However, the Services rely on blockchain infrastructure, indexing systems, APIs, RPC providers, third-party services and other technical systems.

RHTools does not guarantee that information displayed through the Services will always be accurate, complete, current or continuously available.

Errors, delays and failures may occur, including:

  • Incorrect or delayed token prices
  • Incorrect market capitalization
  • Incorrect liquidity or volume data
  • Missing or duplicated transactions
  • Incorrect token metadata
  • Incorrect launch-source attribution
  • Delayed blockchain indexing
  • Indexer failures
  • RPC or API failures
  • Third-party data failures
  • Calculation or caching errors
  • Software bugs
  • Network congestion
  • Blockchain reorganizations
  • Infrastructure outages
  • Display or interface errors

Information shown on RHTools may differ from information displayed by a blockchain explorer, decentralized exchange, liquidity pool or other analytics provider.

You should independently verify important information before making a financial decision or submitting a transaction.

You should not rely solely on data displayed by RHTools when deciding whether to buy, sell, hold or otherwise interact with a digital asset.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHTools is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable or incorrectly displayed information.

4. Digital Asset Risks

Digital assets are speculative and may involve substantial risk.

Assets displayed through RHTools may:

  • Have anonymous or pseudonymous developers
  • Have unaudited smart contracts
  • Contain malicious functionality
  • Have limited liquidity
  • Have highly concentrated ownership
  • Experience extreme volatility
  • Experience manipulated trading activity
  • Contain transfer restrictions
  • Charge unexpected taxes or fees
  • Become illiquid
  • Lose substantially or all of their value
  • Be subject to hacks, exploits or contract failures
  • Be fraudulent or misleading

The appearance of any token, project or protocol on RHTools does not mean that RHTools has audited, verified, approved or endorsed it.

You are responsible for conducting your own research.

5. Token Listings

RHTools may automatically identify and display tokens using publicly available blockchain data.

A token appearing on RHTools does not constitute:

  • Approval by RHTools
  • Verification by RHTools
  • Endorsement by RHTools
  • Confirmation that the token is legitimate
  • Confirmation that its smart contract is secure
  • Confirmation that information provided by its creators is accurate

RHTools may remove, hide, flag or modify how a token is displayed at any time.

6. Swaps and Trading

RHTools provides a swap interface that allows users to initiate transactions involving supported digital assets.

RHTools may integrate with decentralized exchanges, aggregators, liquidity pools, routing services, smart contracts, RPC providers and other third-party blockchain infrastructure.

RHTools does not guarantee the availability, security, accuracy or performance of any third-party protocol or infrastructure used to facilitate a transaction.

6.1 Swap Quotes

Prices, estimated outputs and routing information displayed through RHTools are estimates based on information available when a quote is generated.

The final amount received may differ due to price movements, slippage, changes in liquidity, price impact, network conditions or delays, routing changes, MEV or front-running, token or transfer fees, gas fees, or third-party smart contract behavior.

A displayed quote does not guarantee that a transaction will execute at that price or at all.

You should review the final transaction details presented by your wallet before approving any swap.

6.2 Your Responsibility Before Trading

Before submitting a swap, you are responsible for verifying:

  • The token contract address
  • The asset being bought and sold
  • The transaction amount
  • Expected output
  • Minimum amount received
  • Slippage tolerance
  • Price impact
  • Network fees
  • Protocol or routing fees
  • Token approvals
  • Smart contract permissions
  • Final transaction details displayed by your wallet

You should not rely solely on a token’s name, symbol, logo or other metadata.

Different assets may use identical or misleading names and symbols. Always independently verify the contract address.

6.3 Transaction Execution and Finality

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Once a transaction has been signed, submitted or confirmed, RHTools may be unable to cancel, reverse, modify or recover the transaction or associated assets.

RHTools does not guarantee:

  • Successful transaction execution
  • Transaction confirmation
  • Any particular execution price
  • Any particular amount of slippage
  • Continuous liquidity
  • Continuous availability of any token or trading pair
  • Accuracy of swap estimates
  • Availability of a particular route
  • Security of third-party smart contracts
  • Completion within any particular period

Transactions may fail or execute differently than expected.

6.4 Third-Party Protocols

Where a swap is executed using a third-party protocol, RHTools does not control that protocol.

Third-party systems may experience:

  • Software bugs
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Insufficient liquidity
  • Malicious functionality
  • Oracle failures
  • Routing failures
  • Security exploits
  • Governance-related risks
  • Infrastructure outages

Your use of third-party protocols may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHTools is not responsible for losses caused by the operation, failure or compromise of third-party protocols.

6.5 Token Risks

The availability of a token through the RHTools swap interface does not mean that RHTools has reviewed, audited, verified or endorsed it.

Tokens may contain functionality that:

  • Prevents or restricts selling
  • Charges unexpected transfer fees
  • Restricts transfers
  • Freezes wallets
  • Allows privileged parties to modify token behavior
  • Creates additional token supply
  • Causes other unexpected losses

You are responsible for researching a token before interacting with it.

6.6 Slippage and Price Impact

Digital asset prices can change rapidly. Transactions involving low-liquidity assets may experience substantial slippage or price impact.

By submitting a transaction, you acknowledge that the execution price may differ materially from the price or estimate displayed when you initiated the swap.

6.7 Failed Transactions and Gas Fees

A transaction may fail even after being submitted to a blockchain network. A failed or reverted transaction may still incur gas or other network fees.

RHTools does not control blockchain gas fees and is not responsible for reimbursing fees associated with failed, reverted, delayed or unsuccessful transactions.

6.8 Wallet Approvals

Some swaps may require you to approve a smart contract to access a digital asset.

You are responsible for reviewing the scope and amount of any token approval before signing it. Token approvals, particularly unlimited approvals, may create additional security risks.

RHTools does not guarantee the security of any contract to which you grant an approval.

6.9 No Custody

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RHTools does not take custody of assets involved in swaps.

Transactions are initiated through your connected wallet and executed using blockchain infrastructure and third-party protocols. You remain responsible for your wallet and assets at all times.

6.10 Trading Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RHTools is not responsible for losses arising from:

  • Price volatility
  • Slippage
  • Price impact
  • Incorrect or delayed quotes
  • Failed or reverted transactions
  • Transaction delays
  • Network congestion
  • MEV or front-running
  • Insufficient liquidity
  • Token taxes
  • Malicious or defective tokens
  • Smart contract failures
  • Third-party protocol failures
  • Wallet compromise
  • User error
  • Incorrect contract addresses
  • Blockchain outages
  • RPC or infrastructure failures

You use the RHTools swap functionality at your own risk. Nothing displayed through the swap interface constitutes a recommendation to enter into any transaction.

7. Wallets

RHTools may allow you to connect a third-party cryptocurrency wallet.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RHTools does not control your wallet and does not have custody of your private keys.

You are responsible for safeguarding:

  • Private keys
  • Seed phrases
  • Authentication credentials
  • Connected devices
  • Wallet permissions

Never provide your private key or seed phrase to RHTools.

RHTools is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised wallets, lost credentials, malicious wallet software or unauthorized transactions.

8. Advertising

RHTools may allow third parties to purchase advertising placements on the platform.

Payment for an advertisement does not guarantee publication. All advertisements are subject to review and must be approved before appearing on RHTools.

RHTools may reject, suspend or remove an advertisement where it:

  • Is false, deceptive or materially misleading
  • Impersonates another person, token, project or company
  • Promotes phishing or wallet-draining activity
  • Contains malware or malicious software
  • Links to malicious smart contracts
  • Promotes fraudulent activity
  • Makes fabricated or misleading financial claims
  • Promotes illegal products or services
  • Contains hate speech, explicit sexual material or graphic content
  • Misuses RHTools branding
  • Attempts to imply endorsement by RHTools
  • Redirects users to content materially different from the submitted destination
  • Otherwise creates a security, legal, reputational or user-safety concern

RHTools may change or expand its advertising requirements at any time.

9. Advertising Refunds

Advertisements that are not approved will not be displayed.

Refund requests for rejected advertisements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not guaranteed merely because an advertisement is rejected.

RHTools may refuse a refund where, for example, the advertiser:

  • Knowingly submitted malicious content
  • Submitted phishing or wallet-draining content
  • Attempted to evade the review process
  • Materially misrepresented the advertised project
  • Changed an approved destination to prohibited content
  • Violated these Terms or applicable advertising guidelines
  • Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Where a refund is approved, blockchain transaction fees and other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.

10. Advertising Is Not Endorsement

Advertisements displayed on RHTools are paid placements.

Approval of an advertisement means only that RHTools permitted the advertisement to appear under its advertising policies at the time of review.

RHTools does not necessarily:

  • Audit advertisers
  • Verify advertiser identities
  • Audit advertised smart contracts
  • Verify token economics
  • Confirm claims made by advertisers
  • Guarantee advertiser solvency
  • Endorse advertised projects or assets

You should independently investigate any advertiser before connecting a wallet, approving a transaction or purchasing an asset.

11. Third-Party Services

RHTools may integrate with or link to third-party:

  • Websites
  • APIs
  • Blockchain nodes
  • RPC providers
  • Decentralized exchanges
  • Aggregators
  • Wallet providers
  • Data providers
  • Smart contracts
  • Applications

RHTools does not control these services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHTools is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, conduct or performance of third-party services.

12. Service Availability

RHTools aims to keep the Services available and operational, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may become partially or completely unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled or unexpected maintenance

  • RPC outages
  • Indexer failures
  • Blockchain outages
  • Network congestion
  • Third-party service failures
  • Technical upgrades
  • Events outside RHTools’ reasonable control

RHTools may suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RHTools is not liable for losses arising from downtime, latency, interruption or inability to access the Services.

13. Fees

RHTools may charge fees for certain Services. Applicable RHTools fees will generally be displayed before you confirm a transaction or purchase.

Additional fees may be charged by third parties, including:

  • Blockchain networks
  • Liquidity providers
  • Decentralized exchanges
  • Routing protocols
  • Wallet providers

These fees are separate from fees charged directly by RHTools. Fees may change over time.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to use RHTools to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Distribute malware
  • Conduct phishing attacks
  • Attempt to compromise or drain wallets
  • Interfere with RHTools infrastructure
  • Circumvent platform security measures
  • Overload or disrupt the Services
  • Impersonate RHTools or another person
  • Manipulate platform systems
  • Submit misleading or malicious advertisements
  • Use the Services in violation of applicable law

RHTools may restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes a user is engaging in prohibited conduct.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, RHTools and its associated software, branding, design, content, graphics and interfaces are owned by or licensed to RHTools.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit RHTools branding or proprietary content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

RHTools does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from vulnerabilities.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RHTools and its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes losses arising from:
